Inside the UNBOUND 2026 VIP Experience
There’s a party before the doors officially open, a dedicated place to land between sessions, reserved seating for Spotlight sessions, and a faster route to lunch. Add in VIP-only happy hours and a few other perks, and you’ve got some very useful perks built into three busy days at UNBOUND.
Here’s what’s waiting for VIPs at UNBOUND 2026.
VIP Welcome Party
UNBOUND officially kicks off September 16, but VIPs get a head start.
On Tuesday, September 15, the exclusive VIP Welcome Party at Lawn on D brings VIP attendees together before the full event gets underway. Expect live entertainment, food and beverages, and plenty of opportunities to meet the with fellow attendees.
Pro tip: Doors open at 6:30 PM; be sure to pick up your badge in the North Lobby of the MCEC in order to gain access to the VIP Party. Pre-VIP Party Badge Pickup Hours:
- Monday, September 14 at Westin, Mezzanine Level | 4–9 PM (note: this is a new satellite registration desk available on Monday only)
- Tuesday, September 15 at MCEC North Lobby | 2:30 PM - 9 PM
Priority Check-In
Skip the lines with dedicated VIP check-in! Head to the North Lobby of the MCEC during registration on Tuesday, from 2:30 PM - 9 PM or on Wednesday starting at 8 AM to snag your badge. Hop in the VIP line to get prioritized check-in. View all badge pick-up and registration hours here. Remember that we’ll have a satellite registration desk at the Westin on Monday if you’re in town early.
Reserved Seating at Main Stage
When Tom Brady, Mel Robbins, Cynthia Erivio, Sunita “Suni” Williams, and our other Main Stage speakers share their stories, you’ll have the best seats in the house. Take advantage of reserved seating for Main Stage sessions and get front row access for all the insights and inspiration.
Find Your Home Base at the VIP Lounge
Open exclusively to VIP attendees, the Lounge gives you a dedicated space to visit throughout the event. Stop by for special amenities and activities, continue a conversation away from the busiest parts of the show floor, connect with other VIPs, or find a place to recharge before jumping back into your agenda.
The Lounge will also host VIP happy hours throughout UNBOUND!
Complimentary Lunch + How to Redeem
A full UNBOUND agenda requires fuel, and VIP ticket holders receive one complimentary lunch each day at all food trucks and lunch locations. VIPs will also have access to dedicated lines at lunch vendors, helping expedite the process.
New this year: VIP lunch redemption is going mobile. Instead of showing your badge, you’ll redeem your complimentary lunch through the UNBOUND mobile app.
When it’s time to eat:
- Navigate to “My UNBOUND” in the app click and “VIP Lunch Voucher” or scan the QR code at the lunch location.
- Enter the location code posted at the lunch vendor.
- Tap to redeem and show your confirmation screen when you order.
You get one complimentary lunch each day.
Pro tip: Download the UNBOUND mobile app and log in before you arrive for one less thing to do when lunch calls.
Meet and Greet Giveaway
VIP ticket holders have the opportunity to add an extra touch of star power to their UNBOUND experience with our exclusive Meet and Greet giveaway. Submissions for this year's giveaway have closed and winners will be notified by XX Date.
