How to Build Your UNBOUND Schedule in Minutes

How to Build Your UNBOUND Schedule in Minutes
Your UNBOUND schedule should be built around you. With three days and 200+ sessions, it may seem like there are a lot of decisions standing between you and your ideal schedule.

This year, there's a better option: the UNBOUND 2026 Agenda Builder is here to do most of that work for you. It pulls in what we already know about you from your registration, builds a full three-day schedule around your role and goals, and gives you the tools to refine it from there.

For registered attendees, it's available now. Here's how it works.

What Agenda Builder Is

The standard event planning experience asks you to do the cross-referencing yourself: filter by topic, check for time conflicts, decide whether a session on one track is worth missing something on another. Agenda Builder handles that work before you've clicked anything.

It pulls in your registration profile details, maps it against the full agenda, and returns a schedule that fits your priorities without overlapping itself. Every recommendation comes with a reason—which is shared with you—providing a specific explanation of why that session was selected for you. You can keep the schedule as is, swap individual sessions, or use the tool to fill in gaps as your plans take shape.

How to Build Your Schedule

For registered attendees, the Agenda Builder is ready for you to start planning with. Here’s how to get started:

Step 1: Head to the Agenda Page

If you've registered, your schedule view on the agenda page is ready. From there, you have two paths: browse the full agenda and add sessions manually, or let Agenda Builder generate a complete three days on your behalf.

Step 2: Click "Build My Schedule"
When you hit the button, Agenda Builder will pull in your registration information and pre-populate a prompt based on what it knows about you: your role, your goals, the work you're focused on.

If it looks right, confirm it as-is and move on. If something’s off or you want to add context, update it before you build.

Step 3: Wait for Your Schedule

Agenda builder will take a moment to work through the agenda, pulling recommendations for your schedule. When it's finished, your three days will be laid out and ready to review.

Step 4: Review and Make it Yours

You'll land on a calendar view of your schedule with three days mapped and every session placed without conflicts. Click any session to see why it was recommended for you specifically. From there, remove what doesn't fit, swap in something else, or ask Agenda Builder to fill any open slots that remain.

Refining Your UNBOUND Schedule As You Go

If you remove a session, you'll be asked why — a quick checkbox that helps the tool improve its recommendations over time, and helps us understand where it's missing the mark. You can also update your preferences at any point to shift what Agenda Builder surfaces going forward.

Already have a partial schedule and want to fill in the gaps? Agenda Builder can handle that too. As long as there's an open hour in your calendar, you can ask it to fill one slot or all of them.

After you’ve finalized your sessions, you’ll have the option to share a link with a colleague if you’re syncing on plans. New this year: add all of your sessions to an external calendar of your choice.

Once the mobile app launches in August, your schedule will sync with the mobile app after you’ve downloaded the app and logged in.

A Note on Limited-Capacity Sessions

Adding a limited-capacity session to your schedule does not reserve a seat for that session. Seat reservations open on August 25 for VIP attendees and September 1 for General Admission.

When that window opens, based on your ticket type, you'll be able to confirm your spot directly from your existing schedule. More details on the Save a Seat process will be shared in August, but building your schedule now means you'll know exactly where you want to be when reservations open.

Not Registered for UNBOUND Yet?

Agenda Builder is a registered-attendee feature, which means access opens when you’ve secured your event ticket.

The sooner you register, the more time you have to build your schedule, identify the limited-capacity sessions you want to prioritize, and have everything in place before Save a Seat opens in August (August 25 for VIP ticket holders; September 1 for General Admission ticket holders). Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to answer a long questionnaire to get started?
No. Agenda Builder pre-populates a prompt based on your registration information, so you're confirming or adjusting what it already knows rather than filling out a form from scratch.

Can I change my schedule after it's built?
Yes. You can remove sessions, swap them for others, refine your preferences, or ask Agenda Builder to fill any open time slots at any point between now and the event.

Will Agenda Builder ever put two sessions in the same time slot?
No. The tool will never recommend a session that overlaps with something already on your schedule.

What's the difference between adding a session and saving a seat?
Adding a session puts it on your schedule. Saving a seat reserves your spot in a limited-capacity session. Seat reservations open August 25 for VIP attendees and September 1 for General Admission; you'll be able to do that directly from your existing schedule when the window opens for your ticket type.

What if I don't like the recommendations?
You're in control of the final schedule. Remove anything that doesn't fit, swap in sessions you'd prefer, or update your preferences to adjust future recommendations. If you remove a session, you'll be asked why (a quick checkbox that helps the tool improve over time).
