It is 11:47 AM at UNBOUND. Your morning sessions are wrapping up, your next one starts soon, and lunch has officially moved to the top of the agenda.
In front of you is a decision with more possibilities than expected: What are you having?
One path leads to a Korean rice bowl and another ends with a smash burger and fries. Somewhere else, there are stuffed sopapillas, Haitian griot, Japanese fried chicken, tikka masala, porchetta, grilled cheese, and jambalaya waiting to change your plans.
Welcome to the UNBOUND 2026 Lunch Multiverse, where there’s a different version of you for just about every possible lunch order.
Which one is showing up at UNBOUND?
You have already taken in a lot today. There were sessions, conversations, introductions, and probably a few notes to yourself that made perfect sense when you typed them.
Lunch can be the easy decision.
Bonetown Burgers is serving 100% Black Angus burgers with sea salt fries. The "Angus" keeps things classic, while the "Lemmy" adds bacon, smoked onion crisp, bourbon BBQ sauce, and cheddar cheese.
At Roxy’s Gourmet Grilled Cheese, the "Classic Three Cheese" brings together Vermont cheddar, brick cheese, and Monterey Jack, while the "Hot Honey Bacon" adds applewood-smoked bacon and hot honey.
If crispy chicken is more your speed, Hungry Nomads has a "Hot Honey Chicken" sandwich with cheddar, bacon, slaw, pickles, and brioche. Trolley Dogs also has the classics covered with extra-large all-beef hot dogs and a range of topping combinations.
You came to UNBOUND ready to get outside your comfort zone. Nobody said anything about giving up your comfort food.
One of the best things about this year’s lineup is how much ground you can cover without leaving Lawn on D.
Start with Korean flavors from Gogi on the Block, where rice or salad bowls come with options including bulgogi beef, sweet-and-spicy Korean BBQ pork, halal grilled chicken, and garlic tofu.
From there, the map expands quickly. Gourmet Kreyol brings Haitian cuisine, Bon Me serves Vietnamese-inspired sandwiches, and Fresh Food Generation offers Caribbean-American fusion. Zaaki brings Mediterranean flavors, while Tandoor and Curry serves Indian favorites and Moyzilla offers Japanese fried chicken and dumplings.
You can also head toward Italian sandwiches from Paisani, New Orleans-inspired favorites from Revelry, or tacos and burritos from Northeast of the Border.
Your only problem is that you have three lunches and considerably more than three places you want to go. Choose your itinerary wisely.
Maybe your usual lunch order is not going to win today.
This year’s lineup has plenty of dishes worth a second look, especially if you are in the mood to order something you would not normally choose.
At Chubby Chickpea, that could mean pomegranate-glazed smoked lamb ribs. Papi’s Stuffed Sopapillas serves Southwestern fry bread filled with options including pork al pastor, steak n’ cheese, crispy chicken, fish, and sautéed vegetables.
At Pennypacker, you can go for a porchetta sandwich with Italian roast pork and onions agrodolce. Or maybe this is the day jambalaya from Revelry makes its way onto your lunch agenda.
You came to UNBOUND expecting to encounter ideas you hadn’t considered before. And, that philosophy extends to lunch.
Your lunch decision-making framework is straightforward: If something has a little kick, it moves up the list.
Bibim Box offers spicy chicken, while Gogi on the Block has sweet-and-spicy Korean BBQ pork. Bon Me’s Korean-style sandwich features roasted chicken glazed with gochujang sauce and spicy mayo.
Then there is the "Hot Honey Chicken" at Hungry Nomads, giving you another sweet-meets-heat option to consider.
You may have started the day following your agenda. At lunch, you’re following the gochujang.
Sometimes you look at the afternoon ahead and know exactly what sounds good for lunch: something balanced, flavorful, and full of options.
Fresh Food Generation offers both rice plates and salad plates with choices including jerk chicken, herbed chipotle chicken, and vegan red bean stew. Bibim Box serves its proteins with rice, mixed spring greens, and pickled carrots, with tofu available as one of the choices.
Chicken & Rice Guys lets you choose yellow rice or salad and pair it with chicken, gyro, or tofu, plus your choice of sauces. At Zaaki, you can go with a vegan, gluten-free rice and falafel plate, while Chubby Chickpea has a vegan falafel burger along with sides including green salad and sumac potato salad.
Whether you are looking for a salad, a rice bowl, something vegetarian or vegan, or a lunch with plenty of bright flavors, there is a lot here to work with.
The agenda is packed with fresh thinking and your lunch understood the assignment.
There is always at least one day when lunch gets squeezed between everything else.
Maybe a conversation ran long, you added another session to your schedule, or you’re having such a good time and don’t realize that your lunch break has somehow become 14 minutes.
This is where the handheld options come in.
Paisani has Italian sandwiches including the “Drunken Parm” and “Caprese”. Pennypacker offers sandwiches including porchetta, fried chicken, and Caprese. Northeast of the Border has tacos and burritos, while Trolley Dogs has the hot dog route covered.
You have places to be, people to meet, and a very good sandwich coming along with you.
The food trucks are not the only options available for purchase on Lawn on D.
You will also find three separate food concepts: Madison Park, Skewer & Citrus, and Fry & Fly available on Lawn on D alongside the truck lineup.
Madison Park includes options such as the Lawn Smash and vegan Veggie Smash. Skewer & Citrus offers dishes including Jamaican jerk chicken and a Mediterranean falafel bowl, while Fry & Fly has brisket and veggie tacos.
Consider the Multiverse officially expanded.

The good news is that you have three days at UNBOUND, so you don’t have to be the same version of yourself every day.
Go for comfort food on Wednesday, take your taste buds somewhere new on Thursday, and by Friday, ask the person next to you what they ordered and see where that takes you.
Food trucks will be serving Wednesday through Friday from 11 AM to 3 PM. Lunches are $25 per person and include one drink, and transactions are cashless. VIP ticket holders will receive complimentary lunch all three days.
