After starting his career at Johnson & Johnson and Red Bull, he transitioned into tech, leading product and growth teams at Microsoft, eBay, Favor Delivery and later Rev.com.

Beyond his executive work, Fernando is an active advisor to Series A SaaS and FinTech ventures, helping founders create growth strategies and build efficient, data-driven teams. He also writes The Growth Pulse, a newsletter read by thousands of growth-minded leaders.
