Santiago has 20+ years of experience, with 15+ in General Management and P&L ownership. His functional background spans CPG brand management, tech growth marketing, B2B sales, biz dev, and ops. He spent 12 years at Amazon in founder mode, launching Amazon Mexico, Amazon Ads Mexico, and expanding ads into Brazil and US Hispanics. Most recently, as Managing Director, he led LATAM & US Hispanics Advertising—a multi-$B P&L and 150+ person team. His background includes eBay, Microsoft, Kraft Foods, and Danone. He holds an Industrial Engineering degree and an MBA from Kellogg.
